After the release of the successful launch of the ford fusion in 2005, Ford has long been creating other lines of ford fusion which gain mostly positive reviews and good ratings. Ford fusion is manufactured in Ford’s Hermosillo plant in Sonora, Mexico where Mercury Milan and Lincoln MKZ are manufactured. Ford designed its fusion line with three bar chromed grilles that accentuate most of Ford cars since then. Ford fusion has been hailed for its reliability and its medium size, fit for all design.

But not until recently that Ford came up with the 2010 ford fusion which was launched in 2009 that Ford gained many positive reviews. Provided with the newly upgraded and revamped power train, ford fusion uses 2.5 L I4, 3.0 L 30 V6, and 3.5 L 35 V6 Duratec series engine combined with six speed transmission. Ford fusion has been reviewed for its seating and driving comfort and fuel efficiency which make the line suitable for long distance travels. By buying the 2010 ford fusion, you are eligible for $850 federal income tax credit. In 2009, Motor Trend named the 2010 ford fusion line as the 2010 Motor Trend Car of the Year. At the same year, Car and Driver magazine listed the 2010 ford fusion line into its 10 Best Cars list, mentioning the line as the most advanced. But that is not all; the fusion hybrid gained positive reviews from USA Today to Cars.com. The hybrid version won 2010 North American Car of the Year award during the Detroit Auto Show in January 2010.
